Charlotte Dillon, MA, PGCE, BA (Hons), DipNT — Nutrition practitioner specialising in neurodevelopmental and neuroimmune conditions.
Helping children with complex neurodevelopmental and neuroimmune needs feel better, function better and thrive.
Supporting families navigating autism, PANS/PANDAS, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, tics, ARFID, gut and immune challenges.
If you’re here, things have probably been difficult for a while.
You’ve been dealing with food challenges, sleep issues, behaviour changes, regressions, infections or anxiety — often without clear explanations or support.
You’ve tried different approaches, but nothing has given you the answers you need. You just want clarity, and a way forward that actually makes sense.
How I can help
I help you uncover what’s really driving your child’s behaviour, gut symptoms and health challenges — so you can stop guessing and start moving forward with clarity.
I look at patterns, history and underlying drivers to understand what’s going on — and what will actually help.
And if you’re feeling exhausted, stretched thin or burnt out from holding everything together, you’re not alone — supporting parents is a core part of my work.

My Approach
I offer calm, structured support to help you understand what’s driving your child’s symptoms and what will genuinely make a difference. I work step by step, looking at patterns, history and underlying drivers so you can move forward with clarity rather than guesswork.
My approach is testing‑led. Functional testing gives us a clear picture of what your child’s body needs, from gut health and nutrient status to immune function and stress responses, so every recommendation is targeted, safe and evidence‑informed.
You’ll get clear guidance, realistic recommendations and support that fits family life, without overwhelm or confusion.
My approach includes:
Understanding your child’s history and patterns — exploring what’s been happening, when symptoms began and how everything connects.
Identifying underlying drivers through functional testing — using HTMA, stool testing, OAT and nutrient status to understand gut health, immune function, stress responses, infections and other contributing factors.
Creating a clear, manageable plan — practical steps that help your child feel and function better, at a pace that works for your family.
I work as part of the Pebble Nutrition practitioner team, so you’re not just getting one practitioner — you’re held by a whole team who understand complex neuroimmune and neurodevelopmental needs.
My role is to support your child — and also to support you, so you feel less overwhelmed and more confident about what to do next.
