Certified HTMA Practitioner
Clinical Nutritionist specialising in gut health, digestion, mineral balance and neurodevelopmental/neuroimmune conditions.
Part of the Pebble Nutrition practitioner team.
Hello,
I’m Charlotte, a clinical nutritionist specialising in gut health, digestion and mineral balance. I support women with bloating, constipation, fatigue, sleep changes, stress and hormone‑linked symptoms, including those navigating perimenopause and menopause. I also work with children who experience gut symptoms, mineral imbalance or behaviour changes, and with families managing neurodevelopmental or neuroimmune needs.
My work brings together clinical nutrition training, a background in child development and learning, and lived experience of supporting a child with complex needs. My own menopause journey also shaped my understanding of how gut health, minerals and hormone shifts interact, and how steady, realistic nutrition can support energy and resilience.
My approach is calm, practical and low‑and‑slow — supporting adults and children in ways that feel safe and achievable. I’m part of the Pebble Nutrition practitioner team, a family‑run practice offering individualised support for gut, mineral and neuroimmune needs.
