Meet Charlotte Dillon

MA, PGCE, BA (Hons), DipNT
Certified HTMA Practitioner

Hello

I’m Charlotte — a registered nutritionist with a background in secondary education, an MA in Learning and Teaching, and a Distinction in Nutritional Therapy.

My journey into nutrition was shaped by supporting our eldest son, who is autistic, has epilepsy, and has experienced complex health challenges including autoimmune encephalitis.

Through this, I’ve seen first-hand how the right nutrition and carefully targeted supplements can make a meaningful difference — not just to symptoms, but to energy, resilience, and everyday functioning. I also understand how relentless caring can be, and how easily parents can become depleted while holding everything else together. Supporting mums and dads alongside their children is a vital part of my work.

These experiences led me to specialise in evidence-based, testing-led nutrition. My approach is rooted in clarity, compassion, and practical solutions — working low and slow to support families in ways that feel safe and achievable.
