Nutritional Support for Children

You don't need another person telling you what you "should" be doing. You need someone who understands how complicated everyday life can be.

Support for children experiencing ongoing sleep, behaviour and gut patterns.

We look at mineral balance, gut function and how your child’s system is responding, with optional HTMA, OAT, GI‑MAP and genetic testing if helpful.

If things haven’t felt settled for a while, that’s enough of a reason to begin.

Conditions Supported

  • PANS (Paediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome)

  • PANDAS (Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal infections)

  • Autism spectrum conditions

  • ADHD and attention difficulties

  • ARFID

  • Anxiety and OCD presentations

  • Tics and sensory sensitivities

  • Complex gut–immune symptoms, including food reactivity, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, and recurrent infections

Kind Words

I cannot recommend Charlotte at Pebble Nutrition highly enough.

Her service is exceptional, and she is consistently available whenever I have a question or need guidance.

Dealing with hormonal imbalances and the unique nutritional needs of a neurodivergent child can be overwhelming, but she makes it feel manageable.

She has been really helpful and her approach is compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly effective.

I feel so supported on this journey!

After 3 months of following the nutritional plan I can truly see a difference.

What I Bring: Lived Experience and Professional & Clinical Training

My work brings together clinical training, a background in child development and learning, and lived experience of supporting a child with complex needs. My background in education — including an MA in Learning and Teaching and a PGCE — gives me a strong foundation in how children learn, communicate and cope in everyday settings. It also shapes the way I support parents: with clarity, calm and a focus on what feels realistic day to day.

My journey into clinical practice began through supporting our eldest son, who is autistic, has epilepsy, and has experienced complex health challenges including autoimmune encephalitis. Through this, I saw how targeted nutrition and careful, evidence‑based interventions can make a meaningful difference to energy, resilience and everyday functioning. I also understand how relentless caring can be, and how easily parents become depleted while trying to hold everything together. These experiences led me to specialise in testing‑led, evidence‑informed nutrition. My approach is steady, compassionate and practical — working low and slow, and supporting both the child and the parent in ways that feel safe and achievable. I’m a practitioner within the Pebble Nutrition team, a family‑run practice where I offer individualised support for children with neurodevelopmental and neuroimmune needs.
