Work with me

Personalised nutrition, with testing when it adds value.

Start with a consultation

You don’t need to know exactly what’s going on, or which test you might need, before you start.

We’ll look at your or your child’s symptoms, health history, diet, lifestyle and goals, and explore where nutrition may be able to make the greatest difference. Together, we’ll identify practical ways to support you and help you move towards feeling more balanced.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a  Personalised Nutrition & Wellbeing Plan — a clear, practical guide tailored to you and the areas we’ve discussed.

One Hour Consultation Package — £119

Your consultation includes:

  • Health questionnaire review

  • One-to-one nutrition consultation

  • Personalised Nutrition & Wellbeing Plan

  • Next-step recommendations, including functional testing if appropriate

  • One week of email support after receiving your plan

Your one week of email support gives you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify your recommendations as you begin putting them into practice.

30 Minute Consultation Package — £49.99

A shorter, more focused option if you have a specific area you’d like help with and don’t need a full in-depth consultation.

Your consultation includes:

  • 30-minute one-to-one consultation

  • Personalised Nutrition & Wellbeing Plan

  • Next-step recommendations, including functional testing if appropriate

If, during your consultation, it becomes clear that you would benefit from more detailed support, testing or ongoing guidance, we can discuss the options available to you.

Your plan isn't a diet or meal plan. There are no rigid rules or prescribed menus to follow. Instead, you'll receive clear, practical guidance designed to support you without adding pressure — helping you make changes that feel realistic and manageable in everyday life.

Where appropriate, your plan may also include specific supplement recommendations.

Not everyone needs testing or ongoing support. For many, one detailed consultation and a focused plan is all that’s needed to make a positive start.

History Deep Dive

A comprehensive health questionnaire gathers symptoms, history and day‑to‑day patterns .

Talk it through, properly

In a consultation, everything is walked through carefully — what may be driving symptoms, how gut and mineral patterns are involved, and what feels realistic day‑to‑day. Nothing rushed.

Add testing when it’s needed

When deeper answers are helpful, the most appropriate tests are chosen — such as HTMA, GI‑MAP, organic acids (OAT) or genetic testing — and carefully interpreted before being discussed together in detail.

Get a plan that fits real life

You receive a simple, personalised supplement plan designed around real life, not a generic protocol. Follow‑up support is available if and when it’s needed.

Functional Testing

Testing when it adds value

Sometimes nutrition and lifestyle changes are the right place to start. Sometimes testing can provide another piece of the puzzle.

Testing is always optional and is only recommended when it may provide useful additional information. Any results are considered alongside your symptoms, health history, diet and lifestyle — never in isolation.

I offer a range of functional tests, including:

HTMA — Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis

HTMA looks at mineral levels and relationships within the hair sample. It can provide information about mineral status and patterns that may be relevant to areas such as energy, stress, sleep and overall nutritional balance.

OAT — Organic Acids Test

The OAT measures a range of organic acid markers in urine. These can provide information relating to areas such as nutrient metabolism, energy production and certain aspects of gut microbial activity. Results may help identify areas for further nutritional investigation and support.

GI-MAP — Stool Testing

The GI-MAP provides information about the gastrointestinal environment, including markers relating to bacteria, parasites, yeast, digestion and inflammation. It can provide additional information when digestive symptoms such as bloating, constipation or changes in bowel habits are present.

Genetic Testing

Genetic testing looks at selected genetic variations that may influence aspects of nutrient metabolism and other biological processes. These variations do not predict your health or diagnose conditions, but can provide information about individual tendencies that may be useful when considering your longer-term nutritional approach.

Each test is interpreted in the context of you — your symptoms, history and wider health picture. Testing is there to add insight where it is useful, not to replace the foundations of good nutrition.
