Hello, I’m Charlotte – one of Pebble's team of nutritionists.

At Pebble Nutrition, we combine evidence-based nutritional support with real-world understanding to support families—just like ours.

My Personal Journey into Nutrition

My path into nutrition was deeply personal. Our eldest son is autistic, has epilepsy, and has faced a number of complex health challenges. Supporting him gave me a deep understanding of the emotional and practical realities families often face. At the same time, I was moving through my own menopause journey. Like many women, I felt under-supported, rushed, and confused by the options available.

Supporting SEN Families

I specialise in working with:

  • Children with autism, ADHD, epilepsy, OCD, ARFID, tics, PANS, and PANDAS

  • Parents—especially midlife women—who feel burnt out, hormonally challenged, and emotionally stretched by the demands of caregiving

My Qualifications

I am registered nutritionist with a background in secondary education, an MA in Learning and Teaching, and a Distinction in Nutritional Therapy. I have trained extensively in functional testing and am I certified HTMA Practitioner. I'm committed to ongoing professional development and have completed:

  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Practitioner Training (accredited by BANT, NNA, and ANP)

  • CPD in Paediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal infections (PANDAS)

  • CPD in Prevention and management of recurrent urinary tract infections

  • Diplomas in Autism Awareness and Menopause Wellness Coaching (awarded with Distinction)

I understand how hard it can be to find the right support, and at Pebble we're here to support you.
